Know all Men by these presents that I Stacy Potts of Trenton in the County of Hunterdon and Province of New Jersey am Held and firmly Bound unto Anne Godley of Trenton afores’d in the full sum of Sixty Pounds Current Proclamation Money to be paid unto the said Anne Godley her certain Attorney Heirs Executors Administrators or Afsigns and for the true payment thereof I do Bind myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these Prefents Sealed with my Seal and Dated the twenty fifth Day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand seven Hundred and seventy two 1772.
The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above Bounden Stacy Potts his Heirs Executors or Administrators shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Anne Godley her certain Attorney Heirs Executors Administrators or Afsigns the full and Just Sum of Thirty Pounds current money aforesaid with Lawfull Interest for the same and that on or before the twenty fifth Day of June next ensuing the date hereof then this present obligation shall be void and of none effect otherwife to be and remain in full force and virtue-
