Know all Men by these Presents that I William Ellis of Nottingham in the County of Burlington, Do hereby Nominate and Appoint my Brother in Law Silvester Doyle of Trenton, to be my true and Lawfull Attorney, for me and in my Name to Sue for Ask & Demand of Isaiah Robins Executor of the last Will and Testament of my father Mark Ellis Deceased; All such sums of Money as may Appear to be due and owing to me from or out of my said father’s Estate, by his last Will and Testament aforesaid And I, the said William Ellis Do Hereby fully Impower and Authorize my Attorney the said Silvester Doyle, to take all Lawfull ways and means for me and in my Name. Either by Citation or Otherwise to Settle all Accounts Relative to my said Father’s Estate, with the said Isaiah Robins Executor as aforesaid, and upon Receipt of all or any Money that may appear to be due and oweing to me, as my part share or Proportion of said Estate, Acquittance and Discharges to Make for the same, such as Shall be fufficient and good Rattifying & Confirming all and whatsoever my said Attorney shall or may Lawfully do in the Premises by Virtue of these Presents. In Witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Second Day of July, feventeen Hundred and Eighty five- 1785
