Know all Men by thefe prefents that I Jofeph Curtis of the Townfhip of Bethlehom in the County of Hunterdon & State of New Jerfey am held and firmly Bound unto Stacy Potts of Trenton in the County aforefaid in the sum of ninety two Pounds current Gold or Silver Money to be paid unto the said Stacy Potts his certain Attorney Heirs Executors Admin’rs (Administrators) or Afsigns and for the true payment thereof I do bind myself my Heirs Executors and Adminiftrators firmly by thefe presents Sealed with my Seal & Dated the third Day of March in the year of our Lord one thoufand seven Hundred and eighty three-
The condition of this Obligation is such that if the above Bounden Jofeph Curtis his Heirs Executors or Adminiftrators shall well and truly pay or caufe to be paid unto the above Named Stacy Potts his Heirs Executors Adminiftrators or Afsigns the full Sum of forty six Pounds three Shillings & one Penny Current Money aforefaid with Lawful Interest for the same and that on or before the third Day of March next then this prefent Obligation shall be void and of none effect otherwife to remain in full force and virtue-
