The Trenton Historical Society is pleased to present its 2019 calendar, TRENTON
The calendar features 13 black and white vintage photos of Trenton from Trentoniana Collection, Trenton Public Library; the R.C. Maxwell Company Records, 1904-1990s and undated, David M. Rubenstein Rare Book & Manuscript Library, Duke University; and the NJ State Archives, Department of State. The back page of the calendar features 12 historic poster stamps highlighting Trenton during her industrial heyday, possibly produced in 1929 to commemorate the city’s 250th anniversary. The calendar also has interesting dates in Trenton’s history. 2019 is also the Trenton Historical Society’s 100th anniversary and there are 4 pages in the calendar devoted to the history of the historical society.
